Church Security Services
We understand that schedules shift and circumstances change. Our goal is to work with churches in good faith and with clear expectations. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Deposit Payments
All consulting packages require a deposit to secure your service dates. This deposit is:
- Non-refundable once the project has begun
- Refundable (minus a 10% processing fee) only if canceled in writing at least 7 days before the agreed start date
2. Service Cancellations
- Before Work Begins:
If cancellation occurs 7+ days in advance, you may receive a partial refund of your deposit or apply the full amount toward future services (valid for 6 months). - After Work Begins:
Once work (including assessments, walkthroughs, or document prep) has started, no refunds will be issued. However, we are committed to completing any remaining deliverables in your selected package.
3. Rescheduling
We allow one free reschedule per contract, provided we’re notified at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may incur a small rebooking fee.
4. Dissatisfaction or Dispute
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make reasonable efforts to address concerns and adjust deliverables as appropriate. Our goal is 100% clarity and support—not just deliverables.
5. Digital Products or Downloads
All digital downloads (checklists, templates, guides, etc.) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase or delivery.
Final Note
We aim to serve every church with integrity, flexibility, and fairness. If special circumstances arise, we’re open to conversations and committed to honoring your mission as we protect it.
